It increases the absorption of iron and contributes to the formation of collagen.

Elderflower is rich in antioxidants and is very popular in natural healing remedies for its positive effects not only for treating colds.

Ingredients: wild crapemyrtle fruit extract, nucleotides, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), folic acid (vitamin B9), biotin (vitamin B7), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), sweeteners: fructooligosaccharides, solvents: purified drinking water, glycerol, aroma: elderberry - contains 81.54% of elderflower extract, rose hip, preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

We recommend taking syrups in this dosage:

• Days 1 - 7 dní: 5 ml three times a day
• Days 8 - 14: 5 ml twice a day, 10 ml in the evening
• Days 15+: 5 ml in the morning, 15 ml in the evening
• Maximum daily dosage should not exceed 20 ml a day
• It can be used either undiluted or in a dilution ratio 1:5.
