Personal data we process
We process by far the most personal data in the recruitment process, i.e., when you use direct contact with our company. A certain amount of data is mandatory here, these are the only data used for the basic identification of the person (name, surname, e-mail, or telephone), other data is listed by the applicant in their CVs and profiles, without explicitly requesting some data. It is not possible to exhaustively list the personal data we process, as there is no uniform format for your CV and each jobseeker may provide completely different data.
In general, the following data is usually processed: name and surname, title, date of birth, photo, e-mail, telephone, field of activity, internship, education, citizenship, language skills, completed courses, training and certificates, knowledge and skills, personal interests.
We never require personal data that is not needed for the given purpose (eg birth number, ID number or other ID card, copy of a document, etc.). Our other contacts, which do not relate to the recruitment process, usually work only with basic identification and contact information (name, surname, e-mail, or telephone, position in the company). The reason for collecting this data is to ensure functional communication with suppliers, customers and other business partners.
How we use personal information
We always use personal data only for the purpose for which the data was communicated to us and we always inform users transparently about this purpose. It should be emphasized here that we are always in the position of personal data controller. If the job seeker responds to a vacancy on the Jobs.cz, Prace.cz or similar portals, they are the personal data administrator of ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o., who advertises the position.
If the job seeker does not give consent to the processing of personal data beyond the given purpose (i.e., registration for the selection procedure), the data of the candidate is deleted after the end of the selection procedure, or after a maximum of three months.
If the tenderer provides ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. consent to the processing of personal data beyond the given purpose, ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. both in the position of administrator of this data and in the position of processor. The purpose is always stated in the personal data protection instruction or in the text of the consent to the processing.
Other processors
The company ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. is entitled to process personal data automatically and manually, also through designated processors. Personal data is / will be made available only to authorized employees of ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. or employees of the processor, and only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing.
Most processors have only limited access to tenderers' personal data. No processor is entitled to use the provided personal data for its own, marketing or any other purposes. The principle applies to the transfer of personal data to other countries outside the EU that the free movement of personal data in the European Union is not restricted or prohibited. We have concluded contracts with all suppliers and these suppliers have undertaken to delete regularly transferred personal data and not to use it for their own purposes. For no other transfer of personal data from ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. to countries outside the EU.
Marketing statement
We use the contact details (e-mail or telephone) of our customers and suppliers in order to disseminate business messages concerning only our own production. These are mostly products similar to those we have already provided to the customer. We can use these contacts for sending if the recipient did not initially reject this use.
Everyone has the right at any time to refuse to send commercial communications through a link in the commercial communication, or by sending a message to any of the contacts listed in the footer of this Policy.
We would also like to emphasize that not every message you receive from us is a business message. As part of the provision of a given service, it is sometimes necessary to communicate with customers and suppliers, and with a large number of recipients, this cannot be done other than by sending a bulk e-mail. As part of this communication, therefore, some messages sent are not commercial communications (for example, notifications of changes in business conditions).
How we protect your data
ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. takes all technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in the manner specified in the Act or in other binding legal regulations and to exclude the possibility of unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their change, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, their other unauthorized processing, as well as and other misuse of personal data. This obligation applies even after the processing of personal data has ended.
Personal data is under constant control, both electronic and physical. We have applied modern security and control mechanisms, ensuring the maximum possible data protection. We have set up user access control, a rights and role management system, which ensures data protection against unauthorized access. All persons who come into contact with clients' personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractual obligations are bound by a legal or contractual obligation of confidentiality.
ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. is obliged to provide your personal data also to state authorities (e.g. the Police of the Czech Republic, state authorities within the framework of performed inspections, if necessary, etc.).

Transparency
Each time you enter personal data in cooperation with ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. The data subject is always transparently instructed on the purpose for which the entered data can be used, who processes the data and who manages them.
Right of access to personal data
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller whether the personal data concerning them are or are not processed and, if so, they have the right to obtain access to this personal data. Upon request, we will always provide you with all the information on the processing of personal data where we are in the position of personal data administrator (the request can be sent by filling in by e-mail to gdpr at essensboudoir.cz).
Right for corrections
If the applicant finds that their personal data is being processed inaccurately or incorrectly, they have the right to have their personal data corrected immediately. Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten") If personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling a purpose and is no longer needed for that purpose, we automatically delete it. If personal data is processed on the basis of consent and the data subject withdraws the consent, we will delete the personal data. It should be noted here that we will delete the personal data for which we are in the position of administrator. It should also be noted that the right to delete is not absolute and if we have any objective obligation to keep the data (e.g. bookkeeping), the personal data that are no longer needed for the original purposes of processing will be deleted.
The right to restrict processing
Data subjects have the right to limit the processing of personal data (the request can be sent by e-mail to gdpr at essensboudoir.cz, if: a) the data subject denies the accuracy of personal data, for the time necessary for the controller to be able to personal data to be verified; or (b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses to delete the personal data and instead requests that their use be restricted; or (c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but requires the data subject to determine, enforce or defend legal claims; or (d) the data subject has objected to the processing until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the controller outweigh the legitimate reasons of the data subject.
The right to privacy
If the bidder, business partner / customer finds or believes that ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. performs the processing of their personal data, which is in conflict with the protection of the private and personal life of the applicant, business partner / customer or in violation of the law, especially if personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. for an explanation or to require ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. eliminated the situation thus created, in particular it may be a matter of blocking, correcting, supplementing or liquidating personal data.
If ESSENS BOUDOIR s.r.o. at the request of the applicant, business partner / customer according to the previous sentence, the applicant, business partner / customer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
